Spector-Aero, EU, is the controller for data submitted through the briefing request form.
DATA WE PROCESS
Name, organisation, country, email address, area of interest, and the content of your message. We do not collect special categories of personal data.
PURPOSE AND BASIS
Data is processed to respond to your enquiry and to assess qualification for technical documentation. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.
RETENTION
Enquiry records are retained for 24 months from the last contact, then deleted. Records required for export control compliance are retained for the period set by applicable EU regulation.
RECIPIENTS
Data remains under EU jurisdiction and is not transferred to third parties without your explicit consent, except where disclosure is required by law.
YOUR RIGHTS
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of your data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Requests are handled within one month.
